Individual CoachingIndividual coaching is one-on-one life coaching, specifically designed around you. There is much flexibility with individual life coaching depending on what you want and what will benefit you the most. Typically, sessions are approximately 45-55 minutes in length. If you're interested in pursuing coaching with Ashley, you can schedule an initial meeting; it's approximately a half hour (without charge) to meet and answer any questions you have, help decide if life coaching will meet your needs, and see if Ashley is a good fit for you.

Self-improvement classes are highly educational in nature; Ashley presents information and strategies to empower attendees. People are not expected to share with the class, but there are opportunities for participation and applying strategies. At this time, self-improvement classes include Stress Management and Coping, Productivity and Time/Energy Management, Improving Relationships, Better Habits for Meeting Goals, Assertive Communication, Learning Mindfulness, Managing Conflict, Healthy Eating Habits, Strategies for Motivation, and Being Happier.

TrainingsTrainings and programs are developed based on the needs of your organization, business, school, or group. Trainings can be educational in nature or more interactive and experiential. Examples of areas addressed for businesses, organizations, or groups include developing a healthy workplace culture, stress management, increasing productivity, healthy work habits, increasing focus and motivation, mindfulness, improving communication, and constructive ways to manage conflict. If there are challenges with professional relationships and group dynamics within the workplace, Ashley can provide a program to target those issues as well. Examples of areas addressed for schools include study habits, effective teaching and learning strategies, peer relationships, how to handle difficult situations, assertive communication, grit, fostering altruism and virtue development, and coping skills. Trainings for increasing well being, especially related to sleeping, eating, and exercise habits are also available. Trainings and programs vary in length and frequency of meeting.

One-on-one Coaching at WorkOne-on-one coaching at work is geared toward optimum performance, relationships, and challenges in the workplace. Some employees or professionals might be an extremely valuable asset but require an extra boost in a certain area, beyond what is realistic for a supervisor to provide. Addressing chronic lateness, burnout, conflict management, adjusting to changes at work, organization and time management, communication and conflict management, and engagement/productivity are a few areas that one-on-one coaching can improve. The service can be provided via Zoom or on-site for those in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
