Self-improvement classes are highly educational in nature; Ashley presents information, skills, and strategies to empower attendees. Each class has at least one activity to facilitate applying what is learned, so you leave with a few steps in place to use in your everyday life. People are not expected to share with the class, but there are opportunities for participation and applying strategies. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
